Mike Venman, New Sales Manager of Jobs2Careers

by on

Yesterday, Jobs2Careers promoted Michael Venman from Senior Account Executive to the new Sales Manager of Jobs2Careers. In his new role, Venman will be responsible for setting sales team goals, monitoring KPIs, spearheading conference sales strategy and effecting positive changes in the sales department.

Additionally, he will help grow the sales team in 2015, both in number of team members and overall development.

“This is a strategic action of Jobs2Careers,” says Bruce Ge, founder and CEO. “We [Ge and Shelly Mudd, current VP of Corporate Development, previously VP of Sales and Business Development] have carefully evaluated each applicant, internal and external.  There are several very high-profile candidates, making the competition hot.  We made sure that we gave equal opportunity to internal and external candidates.  Both Shelly and I believe that Michael has exhibited enough integrity and intelligence, giving us the highest confidence.”

About his own promotion, Venman says, “As Senior Account Executive, I’ve enjoyed the challenging work environment and being a part of the team’s rapid growth and development. It’s an honor to now be the leader of this [growth and development]. I look forward to the new challenge and am excited to plan for our future.”
